Exchange or store credit is offered if your item arrives incorrect or damaged. Unfortunately as many of my products are printed to order, I cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. For this reason please read all product descriptions carefully including measurements.
If you receive a damaged artwork or product, or one which does not match the original order, please get in touch immediately. The incorrect or damaged product must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods for consideration of a refund.
For consideration of a refund you will be asked to email and attach images of the damaged/ incorrect product. We will come to a solution of either a refund or exchange once the photos have been received. I understand that buying artwork online is sometimes difficult, I take customer happiness seriously and and will endeavor to rectify the problem should one arise.
